Claudia Sanchez

Principal Lawyer

Claudia brings over a decade of legal experience. Her journey into law began with a simple belief that everyone deserves to understand their rights and have someone in their corner when life gets complicated.

Over the years, she has guided clients through family breakdowns, property settlements, and the preparation of Wills that are actually finalised, rather than simply discussed at a Sunday lunch.

With experience across Family Law, Wills & Estates, and Property Law, Claudia combines legal know-how with genuine care. She’s known for her down-to-earth approach, clear communication, and ability to turn complex legal talk into something her clients actually understand.

Claudia knows that dealing with legal matters can feel overwhelming, so she makes it her mission to keep things calm, clear, and (where possible) even a little bit light-hearted. Her clients often say she feels more like a trusted guide than a lawyer, and that’s exactly how she likes it.

Fluent in Spanish, Claudia is proud to assist members of the Spanish-speaking community, helping them navigate the legal system with confidence and understanding.

When she’s not in the office, Claudia enjoys shopping for colourful and vibrant clothes that reflect her personality, visiting art galleries, exhibitions, and getting lost in a good book. She believes laughter, doing what’s right, and a touch of creativity go a long way, both in life and in law.

Ha Yeon Seo

Principal Lawyer

Ha Yeon discovered her passion for law during her Juris Doctor studies, where she saw firsthand the impact a thoughtful lawyer can have when someone is facing one of life’s most difficult moments. While completing her Practical Legal Training, she gained hands-on experience in criminal and family law, and it was through this work that she found her calling in family law.

Since her admission to practice, she has developed strong experience across Family Law, Wills and Estates, and Intervention Orders. She regularly assists clients through significant life transitions, including separation, parenting arrangements, property settlements, and preparing Wills and Powers of Attorney so families can plan for the future with certainty.

Clients often come to Ha Yeon at times when life feels uncertain or overwhelming. Known for her calm and thoughtful approach, she takes the time to listen and provides clear, practical advice that helps clients understand their options and move forward with confidence. She approaches every matter with care, recognising that behind every file is a person and a family whose life is being affected.

Fluent in Korean, she regularly assists Korean-speaking clients who may find it easier to discuss sensitive legal matters in their native language, ensuring they fully understand their rights and the decisions they are making.

Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her family, exploring new cafés, hiking, practising yoga, and going on walks with her beloved dog. Staying balanced and grounded helps her bring clarity and focus to the clients she supports every day.
